Having been absent from the online world for the 48 hours or so, I came back to find a surprising news: John Reese had finally pulled the plug on Blogrush.
I’ve used Blogrush since its inception, and though I never received much traffic from it (as do most other bloggers), I’ve always believed with a brilliant mind like John Reese behind it, it would someday be refined and fixed. Well… I was wrong.
It’s a pity really… but hey, I believe he learned a valuable lesson from that failure and I think that’s worth a thousand times the cash he personally forked out for the project. And the guts he had to implement a crazy idea he got at 4am… no wonder John’s so successful.
It just goes to show that speed of implementation truly is a factor of successful entrepruneurs.
And this reminds of something two of my copywriting heroes once said…
Joseph Sugarman once said that if only 1 out 10 of the sales letters he wrote succeeds, he’s extremely with that because that would make him very rish.
While Ted Nicholas claims about 4 out 10 success rate.
Who said you have to get it right all the time to be a success?
